Coking presents problems for Neste Oil's diesel line

Neste Oil restarted the new diesel line (PL4) at its Porvoo refinery as planned during the last week of May, following the completion of repair work after a fire at the beginning of April. A coking problem has been observed on the line, however, which requires throughput to be reduced temporarily and the line to be fed with lighter-than-planned feedstock.
