You can submit a job application via our electronic recruitment system. The system instructs you in filling in the application. Please attach a separate CV and covering letter to your application.
When you are applying for a job at Neste for the first time, the system requests your basic details, such as your name and e-mail address.
You can then use the user name and password you create when you next log into the system. The system automatically stores the information you have provided in your previous applications.
Currently we do not accept open applications; all job openings are listed online. If you do not see anything that interests you, but are interested in working for us, we recommend that you put us on your search agent.
This is how the recruitment process proceeds
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After the application period, a manager and our HR specialist review the applications and choose the most suitable candidates for an interview.
Our recruitment process typically lasts from one to three months. We inform the applicants of the progress of the process.
We typically interview applicants once or twice. We interview people applying for summer internships only once, for example, while those applying for expert positions are interviewed twice. An applicant’s future manager and/or someone from HR are normally present at interviews.
In addition to interviewing applicants, we also use tests to evaluate people’s suitability for the job they are applying for.
If you are chosen, we will contact you by phone. We inform all applicants of the end of the recruitment process by email.
All new employees are required to have a health check-up and to take a drug test.
