Neste Oil among the world's most sustainable energy companies

Neste Oil has placed second in the Top 10 Energy Companies -list. The companies were evaluated with the same indicators are used for Global 100 ranking. Statoil took the first place in the ranking of energy companies. Both rankings are executed by Canadian company Corporate Knights.

'We are very pleased to notice that our sustainable ways of working are being noticed also outside our own organization. We continuously develop our operations, and also support our partners in their development work', says Simo Honkanen, Neste Oil's Senior Vice President, Sustainability and HSSE.

In 2013, Neste Oil was selected for the seventh time for inclusion in The Global 100 list of the world's most sustainable companies. Neste Oil achieved its best-ever ranking in the list, reaching fourth place.
