Neste Oil and Lukoil have closed transaction of Neste Oil's stake in SeverTEK

Neste Oil and Lukoil have today closed the transaction concerning the sale of Neste Oil's 50% stake in oil production company SeverTEK to Lukoil. Details of the transaction were initially disclosed yesterday 22 November 2005.
