Neste Oil closes transaction of 73 traffic station properties

Neste Oil has closed the transaction concerning the sale of 73 traffic station properties in Finland to an international investment company. The transaction was valued at EUR 118 million, and the company expects to book a capital gain of approximately EUR 65 million on the sale in its full-year result. The transaction was originally announced on 16 October 2006. The sale will not impact the operations of the Neste stations in question.
