Neste Oil establishes a Stakeholder Advisory Panel

Neste Oil's Board of Directors has invited representatives of the company's stakeholders to an informal Stakeholder Advisory Panel. The Panel is one of the Company's means to discuss subjects such as Neste Oil's operations, business development, and changes in its operating environment with its stakeholders.

The members of the Stakeholder Advisory Panel are as follows: Heidi Hautala (Chairman), Esko Ahonen, Timo Heinonen, Miapetra Kumpula-Natri, Markus Mustajärvi, Petteri Orpo, Kimmo Tillikainen, and Anne-Mari Virolainen.

The Panel will meet twice a year. As membership is considered a position of trust, members will not be paid monthly remuneration. They will, however, receive a payment for attending meetings, which has been set at EUR 1,500 for the Chairman and EUR 1,000 for members. Members will also be reimbursed their travelling costs in accordance with the conditions of Neste Oil's travel policy.
