Neste Oil signs EUR 1.5 billion revolving credit facility

Neste Oil has signed a new EUR 1.5 billion multi-currency revolving credit facility with a syndicate of 20 core relationship banks. The new facility refinances the Group's existing EUR 1.5 billion facility dated December 2010, and will be used for general corporate purposes. The facility has a tenor of 5 years with two 1-year extension options at the approval of the banks.

Barclays Bank PLC, Crédit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank and Pohjola Bank plc acted as Co-ordinators.  Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers were Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank, DBS Bank Ltd, HSBC Bank plc, ING, Nordea, Pohjola Bank plc, SEB, Svenska Handelsbanken, Swedbank, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. and UniCredit. Lead Arrangers were Citibank, DNB Bank ASA, Intesa Sanpaolo, Scotiabank, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and Westpac.

The facility was oversubscribed.
