Neste's Oil Retail Business Area continues the reorganizing to enhance operations

"The reorganization that began last year was a good start, which we now continue and strengthen. Rapid changes in our operating environment require that we meet the challenges and develop agile ways of working. We will concentrate on strengthening our customerships and sales as well as service design and digitalization, and on defining clear market area responsibilities. Our goal is good financial performance, and we need to continue the development of our organization structure to achieve that," says Panu Kopra, Executive Vice President of Neste's Oil Retail.

Starting from 1 July 2016, the composition of the Oil Retail Management Team, headed by Kopra, will be as follows: Sam Holmberg will be responsible for the business in Finland, Katri Taskinen for the business in the Baltic countries, Igor Janok for the business in Russia, Petteri Kämpjärvi for Strategy and Operations and Mika Hyötyläinen for Marketing and Service Design. Additional support and input will be provided by Oil Retail's HR Director, Director of Planning & Control, as well as Head of business ICT.

The new organization should be in place in August.
