Neste Corporation, Press Release, 15 October 2019 at 11:45 a.m. (EET)

Yesterday we announced that an information system failure has occurred in our business operations.

Based on further investigation, there has been a hardware failure in our service provider’s data center in Finland. Production operations continue normally and safely, and we have been able to continue fuel deliveries.

A dedicated task force in collaboration with external partners is working intensively to restore all impacted IT systems to normal condition as soon as possible.

We will provide an update on the situation when further information is available.
