Transaction with Rejlers closed

The transaction between Neste Engineering Solutions and engineering consultancy services company Rejlers, announced on 19 June 2019, has been closed today. 

In the transaction, Rejlers acquired the Regional Business Unit of Neste Engineering Solutions and the parties made a long-term cooperation agreement. 

The Regional Business Unit of Neste Engineering Solutions consists of personnel and operations in Turku, Kotka, Oulu, Sweden and the UAE, except for NAPCON Business Unit.
