A SMALL FIRE CAUSES DELAY TO THE COMMISSIONING OF NESTE OIL'S NEW DIESEL PRODUCTION LINE

Commissioning of Neste Oil's new diesel production line at the Porvoo refinery (Diesel Project) will suffer a delay due to a small-scale fire caused by a flange leak at the refinery yesterday. As a result of the delay, the new line is estimated to be on stream in the middle of April.

 

Personnel were not injured in the fire that caused damage primarily to some electric cables.
