As required by applicable regulations, Neste Oil Corporation hereby gives notice that the stabilisation period in connection with the offering of shares of Neste Oil Corporation has ended. Morgan Stanley & Co. International Limited, the Global Coordinator and stabilising agent in the offering of Neste Oil Oyj shares, has notified Neste Oil Oyj that stabilisation was not undertaken during the stabilisation period.
