Our sustainability approach includes ambitions related to climate, nature, human rights, as well as supply chain and raw materials. Together with our partners we work toward reaching our targets across the value chain.

Neste is the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), which can help businesses work towards their climate targets*.

*When verified to fulfill the mandatory sustainability criteria in accordance with the biofuel regulation in our markets (e.g. EU RED), including greenhouse gas emission reduction requirements over the fuel’s life cycle compared to fossil fuel.

Renewable diesel

Neste MY Renewable Diesel™ is a solution for reducing the transport sector’s greenhouse gas emissions*.

Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)

Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel™ (SAF) is a renewable alternative to fossil jet fuel.

Marine fuels

For the marine transport sector, we offer solutions that help shipping companies, including cargo owners and charterers.

Oil products

We offer high-quality oil products for road transport, heavy machinery, agriculture, aviation and marine sectors as well as for oil and petrochemical industries.

1Neste MY Renewable Diesel sold in the EU and Asia-Pacific is an HVO fuel fulfilling the EU RED sustainability criteria, including the requirement to provide at least a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions over its life cycle compared to fossil fuel. 2Neat, i.e. unblended, Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel fulfills the mandatory sustainability criteria, including greenhouse gas emission reduction requirements over its life cycle compared to fossil fuel in accordance with e.g. ReFuelEU, CORSIA or RFS. While SAF and fossil jet fuel release similar amounts of CO2 during flight, SAF’s life cycle climate impact is smaller than fossil jet fuel’s. SAF can currently be blended up to 50% with conventional jet fuel.
