They are embedded in our values – We care, We have courage & We cooperate – as well as in our policies and principles such as our Code of Conduct, People Policy and Human Rights Principle. At Neste, everyone should feel safe and respected, and we do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination. We have internal grievance channels in place and take any suspected breaches seriously.
In line with our purpose to create a healthier planet for our children, we look beyond our own workplace and culture. Our holistic approach is illustrated by our human rights ambition for 2030: to create a more equitable and inclusive value chain in which everyone works with dignity.

- We are a signatory to the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles.
- We have signed Unilever's Supplier Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Promise and Living Wage Promise as part of our collaborative efforts to drive systemic change and scale up action to tackle inequality along the supply chain.
