How to succeed in the access permit handover

• The company should check that access permit application is made for each person, persons are added to the TA26 site and required documents have been downloaded in Sedatus for each person.

• Documents must be downloaded no later than 2 weeks before the booked time. Neste checks the details of each person individually and in order to have time to do so for each booking, the information must be available at the verification stage.

• The company's contact person must log in to Sedatus's company profile and check the situation in the employees' documents. The company can check the situation using the Overall follow-up -tool.
