Can I still use Neste MY Renewable Diesel if my vehicle is not in the manufacturers (OEMs) list?
Yes. If your vehicle or equipment uses fossil diesel, it can use Neste MY Renewable Diesel.
We have not had any issues highlighted by either customers or manufacturers (OEMs).
Search for your vehicle in the current OEM approvals list for Neste MY Renewable Diesel. Note: we regularly update the list but you should always check with your manufacturer for current approval status.
Warranty coverage may be denied if you use a fuel that is not approved by the manufacturer and you encounter a problem that can be definitively traced to the fuel.
I have an older diesel vehicle, with no warranty. Is fueling with Neste MY Renewable Diesel a risk?
No. As Neste MY Renewable Diesel has a similar chemical composition to fossil diesel, you can refuel your vehicle with Neste MY today and cut your GHG emissions by up to 75% or up to 95%* over the fuel’s lifecycle, compared to using fossil diesel.
*The GHG emission reduction varies depending on the region-specific legislation that provides the methodology for the calculations, e.g. EU RED III (revised RED EU/2018/2001) for Europe and US California LCFS for the US, and the raw material mix used to manufacture the product for each market.

Can I put renewable diesel in my truck?
